Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery timeline is 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. This includes order processing, dispatch, and transit time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during peak periods, product launches, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days across India, depending on the destination city and courier serviceability.

Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation fee is applicable:
    • ₹100 advance for T-shirt orders
    • ₹200 advance for Hoodie orders
Order Tracking

Customers will receive shipment tracking details via SMS once the order has been dispatched, allowing real-time monitoring of delivery status.

Logistics Partners

To ensure dependable delivery, we ship exclusively through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Sree Tirupathi Courier, selected based on serviceability and reliability in your location.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to adhere to committed timelines, delays of 2–3 additional business days may occasionally occur due to external factors such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions, or logistical disruptions within courier networks.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, invalid contact number, or repeated delivery failure caused by customer unavailability, re-dispatch will require payment of a ₹150 re-shipping fee. Cancellations or refunds will not be permitted once the order has been dispatched.

Serviceable Locations

At present, we ship only within India and do not offer international shipping services.

Packaging Responsibility

We ensure all products are securely packaged to prevent transit damage. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, a replacement will be arranged subject to submission of valid proof, including a clear unboxing video showing the damage at the time of opening.
