What is the delivery timeline?
Orders are delivered within 7–10 days across India. Good quality takes time, and we ensure each piece meets our standards before shipping.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns. Exchanges are only provided if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item. No exchange for wrong size .Please refer to the size chart carefully before ordering to ensure the correct fit.
How can I access my order history?
To view your order history, you must create an account and log in before placing your order.
When is my order considered confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message after completing the payment.
How do Dayone products fit?
Our garments are designed with an oversized fit.
- Choose your usual size for a relaxed oversized look.
- Size down for a slightly less loose fit.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available. COD orders include an additional confirmation charge:
- ₹100 extra for T-shirts
- ₹200 extra for hoodies
This is a non-refundable COD handling fee. The remaining order amount is payable at the time of delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, (2-3 days after placing the order) you will receive your tracking details on WhatsApp, which you can use to follow your shipment until delivery.
