Returns & Exchange Policy
At present, we provide exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged upon delivery.
- The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
In such situations, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue so that we can arrange a replacement.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference issues. As an emerging brand operating with limited inventory and production runs, accommodating size-based returns or general exchanges is not feasible at this stage.
